Jr. Youth Group

In January, the Jr. Youth Group had a

“New Year’s Eve” party,

counted down to midnight, discussed their resolutions and how to ask friends for help and pray to God for help in keeping those resolutions.  Their homework was

“to pray for peace in the world”

for one minute each day until the next meeting.

We made Valentines to deliver to the residents of the Parker Home, which we will visit on Sunday, February 10.  Meet at 1:30 p.m. at the Social Hall. We will also be singing some up-beat songs!

Our second February meeting will be Sunday, February 24 from 11-1 in the Social Hall.  We will host a Bake Sale at this time.

We need assistance for most of the 2002 meetings, i.e. preparing a meal or helping out.  Please contact Donna Fricke at 247-0596 if you can help out.

Letters….

.

Dear Members,

A heartfelt “Thank You” for the lovely lap robe, fruit and the poinsettia.

It was nice to be remembered at this time of the year.

I use my lap robe in the evening while sitting in my chair watching T.V. It keeps me nice and warm.

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year.

May God Bless You.
