Women’s Guild

We met at 12:00 noon for a luncheon meeting on January 12th with Donna Young, President, presiding.

Donna reported our fund raiser, Soup Sundays, are a success and we find the demand is greater than the supply. We will have another Soup Sunday on February 1.

The church service of Feb. 1 will be conducted by the Women of the Church. We are in need of women to sing in the choir, usher or be greeters. Contact Donna Young if you would like to participate.

A lengthy discussion followed concerning important upcoming functions for the Guild’s continued support of our church.

The secretary Ruth C. Karren read several thank you notes and letters from the recipients of the Christmas gifts given by the Guild.

Our next meeting will be on Monday, February 9. Please note the time 1:00 p.m. This will be our annual In Gathering. A tea will follow the program.

All women of the church are invited. We need your support.

Ruth C. Karren
Secretary
