We had our noontime meeting on Wednesday, January 12th with nine members present. Following an enjoyable lunch, Donna Young, President conducted the business meeting.

Treasurer’s report accepted as given.
Secretary read several thank you letters from the following to whom the Guild gave Christmas money and gifts:

(Nursing and Rehabilitation Center)
Roosevelt Care Center with special thanks to Marge and Ray Conger for delivering the gifts.
The Guild has in the past and continues to support the above. Proceeds from our cookie sales, knife sales, sup sales, plus treasury money enables us to do this Christian service.

February 6 (Sunday) Women’s Week. The Women of the Church will conduct the service. Theme “Come Wait and Listen” This will also be a soup Sunday.

February 9 (Ash Wednesday) 1:00 p.m. desert meeting. This will also be our In Gathering program. All are encouraged to attend.

There will not be a March meeting of the Guild due to Lenten Suppers.

The Guild has agreed to provide one of the Lenten Suppers on February 16th.
