Annual
donations statements for 2007 will be sent out.
The
ordination of Dan Compton is set for Jan. 13, 2008.

MINISTRY TEAMS:

CHURCH AND FAMILY LIFE:
Ash Wednesday service will be held at St. Paul’s.
Some discussion on the

Lenten family night dinners
will be held this year.

EDUCATION:
Send thank-you note to
Janice Maynard. The birthday party for Jesus was a big hit.
Children’s Church for 1-5 year olds
has been quite successful and is going well.
Youth groups
are back on schedule.
June is a possible
games and concert night with Our Lady of Lourdes youth group.
Adult ED
. the study of the Book of Revelation has been very successful and has two more sessions

PROPERTY:
Delineation was set up for jobs versus projects. Projects being those things that we can do ourselves while jobs are those things we should contract out based on time, expense, or complication.

Jobs:
waterproof front wall of Ed. bldg., driveway wall, social hall floor.
Projects:
paint chapel, A/C outlets in classrooms, A/C in Chapel, paint ladies room in church.

OLD BUSINESS:
Blood drive moved to March 22.

NEW BUSINESS:
The election of officers for 2008 was held.
Motion to re-elect the entire slate was passed.
Motion for
Lois Jessen to replace Mary Crabiel on the scholarship committee was passed.
The appointment of ministry teams left most unchanged, except
Jeff Conger was volunteered as Property and Grounds chair, pending his acceptance.
Marisol Ciccone
accepted chair of the Education team.
Communion teams
were adjusted for team 3. Lois Jessen accepted chair with backup from team 4.
The
Consistory retreat will be Jan. 26.
Discussed mission statement
“Bringing God’s love to the heart of the community”: How do we do this, where are we and what are we doing to expand our ministry program.

Prayer requests were collected and we closed in prayer.

Respectfully submitted,
Jack Perry,
on behalf of
Bob Holzapfel.
