Keep On Praying

Dear St. Paul’s Family,

Thank you for your very warm celebration of my ten years as your church secretary!  You sure made me feel like “queen for a day” with flowers, desserts, cross and beautiful earrings.

I am truly blessed by God to enjoy daily the love and friendship of the St. Paul’s community.

Thank you for this wonderful experience – may it continue!

Love,
Carol Lagowski

Dear Reverend Weyer,

Thank you so much for the donation of food to Our Lady of Lourdes food bank.  We also appreciate the monetary donation which allowed us to purchase some items to add to our Holiday Baskets to needy families.

It is very uplifting when all of Milltown’s churches work together helping those less fortunate.

Sincerely,
JoAnn Sulzinsky, Sec.

Dear Members of St. Paul’s,

“Thank You”, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude for your thoughtfulness, caring and generosity.

Thank You, to the Youth Group and the lovely cards which were hand-made by them.  To the Ladies Guild for the delicious fruit basket.  The beautiful poinsettia and Pastor Rich with a sea of wonderful faces and sounds from the carolers which highlighted our Christmas spirit.  Each and everyone was greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
Larry Madell

Dear Members of St. Paul’s & Rev. Weyer,

The words “thank you” just don’t seem enough! Your generosity and enthusiasm towards the St. Vincent de Paul Society and their ongoing efforts to feed the hungry here in Milltown is truly touching.

A total of 89 bags of food were distributed for Christmas alone. The generosity of our friends in Christ enabled us to give “meats” with each delivery. Approximately 32 turkey/hams were collected in the hours prior to the delivery.

We greatly appreciate the offer of ongoing assistance.  We have seen an increase in need since the holidays.  One can’t help but recall the line from a famous movie from the early 1940’s “This looks like the start of a beautiful friendship.”

May God Bless and keep you all!
Sincerely, Marie Draghi

Dear Parish Members/Social Committee,

Thank you for your prayers and thank you so much for the beautiful Milltown Teacher Luncheon on Friday, February 14, 2003.

You could feel the love within the room and all the “warm fuzzies” just seemed to rise to the top.  If only those feelings could be bottled and opened around the world amongst all people, especially now.

Thank you again,
With great appreciation,

Dear Church Members,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful luncheon you hosted for us on Friday.  What a pleasure to be able to come, relax, chat and eat delicious food.  We even had it served! (Please extend our personal thank you to the children who came on their day off to help!) It was such a “warm fuzzy” for us!  Thank you so much for all the effort, time and prayers you send our way.

Thanks again,
JoAnne Demetrio,

Just a little note to say THANK YOU

for a wonderful lunch on Friday. We teachers appreciate how much work can go into something like that.  It’s nice to have the community supporting each other through good deeds and prayers.  Thank you for both.

Dear Church Members,

Thank you so much for the delicious luncheon.  The poem and rose touched my heart. What a wonderful way to reach out to us.  It really made me feel appreciated and special.  I know how much time and effort it takes to put this together.  What a nice thought turned into an event this luncheon was for the teachers.  A perfect touch were the children who came to help!

Your prayers are on-going and I really appreciate them!

Thanks again,
