Correspondence:
Thank You letter from Interfaith Network of Care for Ash
Wednesday offering.
Request from Pastor Schwartzer, Grace Church to change
March meeting date.
Request from Julie Petry, Milltown Dept. of Recreation to use hall for Summer SACC Program. Motion approved to allow SACC to use hall with following stipulations: rent $1,000 for each month (July and August), $50 additional for custodian; no storage in kitchen shelves or refrigerator; all crafts/games stored nightly; week of VBS they must be out of building between 9-12; need to work out hall usage with Good Day, as Good Day program runs through June.
Request by Debbie Kovacs for No. Brunswick Baseball & Softball Assoc. to use hall for Texas Holdem Tournament. Motion passed to deny request.

Motion passed to approve January Minutes. Motion passed to approve January Financials.

Finance & Administration:
Tidings deadline March 20th
April Communion – to assist student needs of graduation class of 2008
Finance committee investigate issue of reinvesting interest from
Accounts.

Church & Family:
March 2nd communion – Team 4
Maundy Thursday communion – Team 1 (Jack/Lois)
Easter communion – Team 2
National Day of Prayer Service – May 1st
Covenant Players – May 4th

Education:
Teacher’s Meeting will be moved to March 9th due to Congregational Meeting.
Motion approved to allow Jr. Youth Group to request items from each Sunday School class to make up baskets for Tricky Tray.
Junior Youth Group – will be holding Tricky Tray on May 16th.
Senior Youth Group – will be on Retreat March 7th-9th at Keswick. Miniature Golf set for April 4th & 5th, still looking for sponsors. Need to raise approx. $20,000 for mission trip.
Adult – Lent Study – Signs of Lent – Wednesday’s at 1 pm. Trusting God’s Guidance – starts April 1st Tuesdays at 7:30 pm and Wednesdays at 1 pm. Six week study exploring how we attain a heart of wisdom. This would be ideal for a small group.

Property:
Handicap Feasibility Study for Sanctuary
Spring Work Day
Install Electricity for Window A/C – Jeff now able to handle this.
Install A/C in the Chapel
Install new social hall floor
Schedule repair of water leak, front wall of Edu. Building
Address driveway with neighbor

Old Business:
Blood Drive March 22nd – 2 free NY Mets tickets when you donate blood.

New Business:
Reviewed Retreat Report
Spiritual Council Meeting – March 3rd at 7:30 pm
Review membership
Elder Emeritus
Consistory members requested to sit at each table during Congregational Meeting to field questions and survey members about the needs that church is not meeting and to invite members to join Ministry teams.
