St. Paul’s Church Senior Youth Group will be hosting a miniature golf weekend and tournament. This will be a wonderful event for the families of our church and community to come and enjoy.

GOLFING FOR ALL AGES

Sunday, May 15th 1 pm – 3 pm & 6 pm – 9 pm

TOURNAMENTS FOR ALL AGES

We Are Looking For
SPONSORS

Sponsors can range from “Par” up to “Hole-in-One Sponsorship”. Below is a listing of sponsorship levels and what you will receive at each given level:

Par Level - $50.00 Acknowledgement in our newsletter and event brochure.
Birdie Level / Hole Sponsor Level - $100.00 same as above plus a sign placed at a hole acknowledging your sponsorship.
Eagle Level - $250.00 same as above plus acknowledged with sign advertising your company.
Double Eagle Level - $500.00 same as above plus, a banner will be made advertising your company.
Hole-in-One Level / Title Event Sponsor - $1000.00 same as above plus your name and/or company will be printed on all signs and handouts.

GOLFER SPONSORS

Sponsor a golfer as you would sponsor a walker in a walk-a-thon.

HOLE DECORATORS

Adopt a hole and decorate it with tunnels, obstacles, plants, etc. Use your imagination.

CONCESSION HELP

Donate bake goods to sell.
Man the concession stand.
Donate money for snacks, hot dogs, etc.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help with expenses for the Senior Youth Group mission trip to Savannah, GA on July 9 – July 16, 2005.

While it might be the youth that are going they represent St. Paul’s Church. Just as Christ sent out the disciples, we are sending them out in Christ’s name. They are being sent to be Christ’s presence and to experience Christ’s presence.

My prayer is that through this mission trip each participant and each member of St. Paul’s will:

Get to know and love God better
Show love to other believers
Make choices to grow Christ-like character
Serve God by serving others
Share the Good News
