Martha Circle

The Martha Circle met on Monday evening, April 17, 2006, in the Social Hall and we all participated in discussions regarding Guild and Circle business. The Guild President, Donna Young, reminded us of the following meeting dates:

May 5 - May Fellowship Day at the Baptist Church in New Brunswick
May 10 - Guild Pot Luck Supper at 6:00 p.m. (Mark your calendar Grace)
May 13 - Men’s Roast Beef Dinner (ladies are making cakes)
May 15 - Circle Meeting (7:30 p.m.)

After hearing the Treasurer’s report, a motion was made and seconded that we donate money to the Guild Organ Fund and the Youth Mission Trip.

We miss all members who were not able to attend - and particularly our leader, Ruth Karren, who planned so many unique programs.

Hope to see you all at the May meeting.

Junior Youth Group

*We have one meeting this month,
and it will be the last meeting of this school year*

May 21st 6:00-8:00 - meet at Albert Ave. Park for a picnic style dinner and our meeting.

The Junior Youth Group is blessed to have a lot of people who help all year. We want to say “Thank you” to Jacqueline and Adam for their messages to the group. We also want to say thank you to all the adults that fed us. A big thank you to the congregation for supporting our bake sales. We want to thank Mr. Kircher and Garret for making the lock-in a lot of fun. We thank Mrs. Hipko and the Voorhees for their donation, and for Phil and Mrs. Jones and Mr. Ramsen who were always willing to jump in and do whatever was needed…

To Our Church Family -

Thank you all for your support and many, many kindnesses shown to me and my family during those difficult days of Ray’s sickness, hospitalization and “being called to his Heavenly Home”. We were touched and comforted by your caring ways and meaningful prayers.
May God bless you all - cherish each day - it is a gift.

St. Paul’s Junior Youth Group,
Dear Children of St. Paul’s,

I want to thank you for the lovely Sun Catcher you had one of your girls deliver.

I have it hanging in my window and I look at it quite often and each time I say a little prayer for the Pastor, his family, and all of you.
I praise the Lord that I have always had wonderful Sunday School Teachers, and wonderful ministers where ever I’ve gone. God has led me in the right path and I hope He will continue to do so.
Again I thank you and keep up the good work you are doing.
My very best to Pastor Rich, his family and all of you who attend St. Paul’s may you always find the right path and be happy.

Dear Dawn,

The “Praise The Lord” sun catcher is so beautiful and it is in the window of Doc Karren’s bedroom.

I just bought him home an hour before so he was sleeping or I would have had your girl bring it to him direct. It was a great lift for him as he has been through three and a half months of illness.

Thank you and the Jr. Youth Group for their kindness.
