T hank Yous To...the following people who served dinner at Elijah’s Promise on Sunday, June 3:Margaret Schmidt Mike O’Connor Jane Osman Don & Evelyn Schiable Linda Griffin Dot & Larry Madell Thank You Barbara Petry - the Guild had coffee hour on June 3rd, Confirmation Sunday. Barbara baked that delicious Confirmation cake for us. In Barbara’s name the Guild is donating $50.00 to the Restoration Fund for her kindness. To All Women’s Guild Members I would like to take a minute to thank all the ladies for the energy with which they have applied themselves on the many activities and projects during the past years as I served as your president. Everyone was always willing to cooperate when a request was made. We served meals, prepared favors, extended ourselves to the community and gave very freely of our time, talent and treasures. Thank you for the gift certificate and card you presented to me at our last meeting. I know you will extend the same cooperation to Donna Young as she becomes our new president. She is very willing to plan exciting things for our future and will certainly do a great job. May God continue to bless our Guild members and Donna. Sincerely, Doris Weber |
