Are You Ready For

40 Days of Community is an effort to build community in our church, to help us to become the community of people who genuinely love each other and care for each other, and to discover the answer to the question, “What on earth are we here for?”

This campaign is going to change all of our lives, children, youth, and adults.

Small groups will be meeting in homes once a week for six weeks where we will focus on deepening relationships and serving our church and communities.

In this campaign we’re going to answer the question, “what on earth are WE here for?” and look at how God’s purposes relate to our church and our local community.

We are asking everyone in our church to participate in the following ways:
1. Join or host a 40 Days small group. Your group will meet once a week for six weeks.
2. Attend church service every week. Commit to attending all seven weekends during the campaign.
3. Read the 40 daily devotionals based on the “one another” passages found in the Bible and we will all read these daily through the six weeks of the campaign.
4. Use the memory verse key tags. Each of the six weeks includes one verse that we will memorize together as a church.
5. Help us feed the homeless in our community. Participate within your group by either collecting, sorting, or distributing food for homeless in our city.

40 Days of Community is a step of faith we are taking as a church and because you’re involved you’re going to grow too! By getting into a small group you’re not only going to experience all the campaign has to offer, you’re going to make some friends.

The truth is, everybody wants to be loved and wants to belong. That’s what 40 Days of Community is all about.

Sunday School Starts

SEPTEMBER 18TH

We listened to the parent’s feedback and have made some exciting changes in our Sunday school ministry. We have a committed Sunday staff excited about teaching your children.

If your child is new to our Sunday school please fill out a registration form and return it on the 18th when you bring your child to Sunday school.
