Communion Offerings

October’s, November’s & December’s communion offering will go toward hurricane relief. We know of Two church families who have relatives who have lost their homes. The church where Dwayne Swanson, the son of the late Edna Swanson, attends has converted their education building into a shelter for eight families.

Our communion offerings will be used to assist these families.

Through out Oct., Nov. & Dec. we will be collecting along with can goods for our local soup kitchen the following items for hurricane relief.

Men’s, women’s & children’s undergarments all sizes; pacifiers, baby bottles, diapers, infant formula, baby wipes, Kleenex, toilet paper, school supplies, bath soap, hand sanitizers, disposable razors, first-aid supplies, lotion, face cream, deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes.

2006 Creation Calendars

ON SALE NOW

The Senior Youth Group is having its annual creation calendar fund raiser. All profits will go to their 2006 Mission Trip.

Each month has a beautiful picture of God’s awesome creation with weekly scripture verses. You can buy yours and one for a friend at coffee hour. They are also available in the church office.

OCTOBER MEETINGS

October 2, 2005 from 5:00-7:00. *Please wear old clothes to this meeting; we will be doing a service project for our church. Dinner will be served.

October 16, 2005 from 6:00-8:00. A volunteer is needed to make dinner for the group, please call Dawn at 732 416-9380 if you can help.
