Imagine!

When you think of our church what is that you imagine? Blessings? Closer relationships? Exciting ministries? Opportunities to Serve?

When you think of our church’s annual stewardship campaign what do you think of? Fund Raising? Faith Raising?

God is interested in growing our faith, not getting our money. I believe if the first happens the second will naturally follow.

May God use this year’s stewardship drive to raise our faith enabling us to prioritize our use of money by God’s principles resulting in more peace, generosity and financial freedom.

Third Quarter Finance Report

We need to pump up our church’s income for the last quarter of 2005 if we have hopes of covering the cost of our ministry.  It has been our history to have a substantial debt after nine months and play catch-up in the last quarter.
Our
deficit through September is $39,139. Your faithful stewardship is NEEDED.

Advent Study

The title is: Child of the Light - Walking Through Advent & Christmas
Led by
Minister Sandra Jenkins
Wednesdays: Nov. 30, Dec. 7, 14 & 21
Time:
7:30 pm - 8:45 pm
Fee:
$12.00 for book

Has the Christmas season become more of a chaotic consumer ritual rather than a nurturing spiritual one? Do you long for a more sacred and measured observance this year?

Then you NEED this Child of the Light Advent study! If you set aside just ten minutes per day, Child of the Light will help you find your quiet center amid the stressful flurry of the November & December busyness. As you read the book’s brief readings inspired by the season’s carols and hymns, your spirit will be lifted, and your thoughts will be redirected to the purpose of the season: preparing for the coming.
