Sunday, Nov. 4th, 6-8 p.m.:
Games and discussion (God’s gifts—What are they and how do I use them?)

Saturday, Nov. 17th, 9a.m.-Noon:
Church Work Day: Come dressed for the weather, with a servant’s heart, and a rake if possible.

Sunday, Dec. 2nd, 6-8 p.m.:
Games and discussion (God’s grace: What is it, and how do I get some?)

Recipe of the Month

Easy French Onion Soup

Ingredients
-6 Slices of Domestic Provolone
-1 1/2 lbs. Yellow Onions Sliced Thin
-1/4 Cup salted butter
-10 1/2 oz. Beef Broth
-1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
-6 Slices Toasted French Bread
-1/4 tsp. Salt
-Dash Black Pepper

Instructions
In a large pot cook the onions, covered, in butter until tender. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, bring to a boil.

Place a slice of cheese on the toasted bread, place under a broiler to melt the cheese. Ladle the soup into a bowl and float the toast on top. (Or, in a broiler proof bowl place a slice of toast on top of the soup then melt the cheese.)
