Finance:
Stewardship letters

The Men’s Group will pick up cost of Student Minister.
Church and
Family:
Communion
will be on December 4.
Men’s Group at Parker Home
on December 11.
Christmas Pageant
and Caroling
on December 18.
Covenant Players
will be here November 27.
four members will need housing for the weekend.
Christmas Eve
services will be at 5
and 9 p.m.
Education:
Sunday School finished 40 Days of Community and will begin Firelight
this week. Teacher’s discussed the need to watch kids in the
hallways as well as dismissing kids at 11:30 and bringing them down
to the Social Hall. Need to remind parents that kids are expected to
stay in class until 11:30. Recommended keeping doors closed during
class time; having a fire drill, inspecting first aid kits, adding
fire extinguishers to Chapel. Junior Youth Group will be making
Christmas ornaments for families of Hospice patients, caroling with
our church family and will have a Lock In on January 6/7. Senior
Youth Group is running the Rummage Sale this weekend. Monies raised
will be divided into each youth’s account, giving credit to those
who worked event. Each participant, going on trip to So. Dakota,
needs to raise funds to pay their way. Confirmation Class is going
well with 22 kids.
Adult
Education will continue with
an Advent Study,
led by Sandra Jenkins
on Wednesday evenings
and Pastor Rich
on Wednesday afternoons
beginning November 30.
Property & Grounds:
Fall Cleanup is scheduled for this Sunday, come ready to work.
Coffee Hour and Lunch will be provided by the Wednesday evening
Small Group. Snow removal contract was approved.
New Business:
Communion cards will be printed in house to further cut mailing
costs.
