Stewardship Sunday

THANK YOU FOR YOUR
COMMITMENT!

73 families returned the faith commitment forms to the church.

ARE YOU ONE OF THEM?

Please return your faith commitment form
if you haven’t already done so.

A Bear Budget,
Becoming Bullish

The bulls were running in October.  Income exceeding
expenses by $3,710.00 reducing our yearly deficit to $16,981.00

How does this compare to 1998?

In 1998 through the first 10 months we were $16,094.00
in the red and we finished 1998 with a deficit of $1,411.00.
If every family put an extra $5.00 in their weekly offering
through the end of the year,
we would finish the year in the black.

Advent Family Potluck

Sunday December 5th is the date.

5:30 p.m. is the time.

Bring your family, your friends, a dish to feed two times
the number of people who come with you, and plan to
have a great time.  After the pot luck supper the junior
youth group will provide a program which you will surely
enjoy.  A visit from Santa will excite the kids.

Jonah

It’s not a fish tale.

It is a story about the extent God will go to save His people.

Join the discussion in the Confirmation Room,
Wednesday, December 2nd at 10 a.m..

Baptisms

We welcomed into the body of Christ
the following child who was baptized in November:

Kenneth Michael Lorincz

TNT in Y2K

"One does not live by bread alone,
but by every Word
that comes from the mouth of God."

(Mt. 4:3)

How can the wonderful concepts the Bible talks about
become real in your life?

You need to start with the Bible.
In God’s Word you can find not only what God promises you,
but also keys to living out what is promised.

Do you need more power in your life?
A firmer grasp on God’s love, God’s forgiveness?
Reading and studying The New Testament
can show you how to get it.

Join me in the adventure and discipline of reading the
entire New testament in 2000. It only requires
reading one chapter every week day of 2000.
